Several months of 5612th Rescue Boat Squadron reports, between Sept. 1948 and May 1950. the 5612th was based at Howard AFB, Panama. Toward the end of the reports of the 5612th is a report relating to the transfer of P-258 (at frame 2146) from Panam to Bolling AFB, Washington, DC. Miscellaneous reports of several Mobile Reclamation & Repair Squadrons. These reports comprise about half of the 91 pages.

This file was a combination of reports from several locations and units. The first portion covers the 3201th Boat Squadron for Jul - Dec 1949 and Jan - Jun 1950 at Eglin AFB, FL. It includes the loss of the R-4-738, the crash of a B-50 with the rescue of most of its crew within 7 minutes, and reports of tug boat operations. The next portion of the file covers histories and reports of several of the Reclamation & Repair Squadrons during 1945. The final portion covers the 5612th Rescue Boat Squadron in Panama during 1949. In total 97 pages.
